Featuring the talented pairing of Mandi on vocals and George on piano and vocals, this duo has been captivating audiences together for nearly a decade. With every note performed live on stage - no backing tracks, just pure musical artistry - Side by Side delivers an authentic jazz and swing experience that is both fresh and nostalgic. Their repertoire is a rich tapestry of timeless Jazz Standards alongside reimagined pop hits spanning the 70s, 80s, 90s, and beyond, all masterfully arranged in their signature style. The name "Side by Side" pays homage to the 1927 classic by Harry M. Woods, a cherished song in their Jazz Standards set and a reflection of their harmonious partnership

“8th Form” met in a school choir 2 years ago. Two musically passionate 16 year olds: multi-talented singer, songwriter, guitarist and ukulelist Hayley Adjei and drummer, singer, songwriter Hana Bolton have formed a new band performing originals and much loved jazz, funk and indie rock covers. They formed their band shortly after finishing secondary school this year and this will be their debut performance together. Individually they have preformed frequently, both playing numerous times at De La Warr and concerts in and out of school. They are now looking forward to continuing their musical journey together
Member of Steeleye Span, bassist Roger Carey is probably best known for touring throughout the UK, Europe, USA and Canada with multi award winning pianist Liane Carroll, to whom he is married. He was also part of the Three Friends project, playing the music of and featuring ex members of cult 70’s rock band Gentle Giant. He has roots in progressive rock, jazz, blues, folk and a love of early Bob Dylan.

That includes but is not limited to any difficulties, challenges, ideas, questions and fantasies related to making art. No agenda other than whatever you would like to talk about.
