Royal Academy of music graduate, Dan Foster Dan formed Kairos Ensemble in 2001. The ensemble have produced five albums to date: The River (2002), Psalms Live (2004), Psalms (2006), Passion Suite (2010) and Rejoicing Blues (2013). The group has toured extensively in the UK and France and been featured on both BBC Radio 3 and 4. Dan has had the privilege of playing with some wonderful musicians in the worlds of both jazz and pop. To name just a few: John Etheridge, Mike Garrick, Pasadena Roof Orchestra, London Jazz Orchestra, Tony Hadley, Chris de Burgh, Graham Kendrick, Geraldine Latty, Alex Wilson… Heavyweight sidemen : James Sunney (bass), Stu Jackaman (guitar) Handmade Pasta, burgers and more. At 7.00pm we’ll be hosting our bi-weekly Open Mic. Anyone of any skill level is welcome, you don’t need to bring anything (but can if you want to), we will supply a PA, guitar and piano. This is a light-hearted and inclusive space, so no pressure and have fun! Please note next open mic date: Tues 31st of March
