The Robert Reid Jazz Trio brings exactly that spirit to Barnaby’s Lounge. Elegant, melodic and deeply rooted in the traditions of classic jazz piano, Robert’s playing draws inspiration from some of the great masters of the genre, blending sophistication, warmth and effortless swing. After originally studying classical piano, Robert’s musical direction changed when he discovered the brilliance of jazz legends such as Fats Waller, Art Tatum and Oscar Peterson. Over the years, Robert has performed extensively throughout London and the South East, appearing in jazz clubs, festivals, private events and concert venues.
