About the Book

This is a reflection collection of poems of love, finding beauty in simplicity in life, sweet memories and creative and imaginative sentences. Often sparked with reflective imagination. I have spoken about my life experiences in a creative candid way. Some poems are like pep talks to myself and the audience. This poetry book has poems that aim to motivate, encourage, indulge and boost the confidence of the reader. It addresses issues of self-esteem, raising through challenges, offering messages of resilience and encouragement.

About the Author

Jean Beatrice Akinyi Obungu is better known as Tales of Jean. She is a writer and blogger under the alias the crown on my head on word press. She is a teacher, social justice promoter, women and children rights supporter, a free spirit and positivity mindset influencer as depicted in her poems.
