The 8th Form | Live music in Hastings
Sunday 8 November | 4.30pm
A drummer, a guitarist and a shared love of music that crosses genres: The 8th Form bring their blend of funk, soul, jazz and indie influences to Barnaby’s Lounge for a Sunday afternoon performance in Hastings.
The band features Hayley Adjei on vocals, guitar and songwriting, alongside Hana Bolton on drums, vocals and songwriting. Both young musicians write original material as well as reworking familiar songs, bringing their own ideas to jazz, funk and indie rock.
Their set moves beyond one musical lane, balancing rhythmic drive with melodic songwriting and the freedom to explore different sounds. It’s an opportunity to catch emerging local talent developing its own musical identity, in the intimate setting of Barnaby’s Lounge.
Food is served from 12 noon, so there’s time to enjoy a leisurely Sunday lunch before the performance.
